Our digital offerings are based on the following standards and legal principles:

- eCH-0059 Accessibility Standard (Swiss e-government standard for accessible websites)
- Disability Discrimination Act (BehiG) of Switzerland
- Disability Equality Ordinance (BehiV)
The content of the eCH-0059 standard refers to the WCAG guidelines and forms the authoritative basis for accessible digital services in the Swiss public sector. It also serves as a recognized reference framework for digital services in the private sector.
We are constantly working on adapting existing and new projects to these requirements and continuously improving digital accessibility.
